The stay at the Ascend Hotel was very comfortable for my work-related trip. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a refrigerator and microwave, which I found particularly useful for storing snacks and beverages. The breakfast selection was impressive with a range of options, including fresh waffles and savory omelets. Staff showed great professionalism and were proactive in addressing any needs I had during my stay.
The Wi-Fi was occasionally slow.

Spacious rooms with comfy recliners. Breakfast had great options. Only downside was some noise from the pool area that made it hard to relax.

immersed in amish culture and beautiful countryside views
I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the nice countryside view from the back of the hotel, which made my weekend strolls even more enjoyable, and I also found it close to Walnut Creek Cheese, where I indulged in some delightful local treats.

It was just a strong match for a short layover in Walnut Creek with attractive and competitive value for money. The countryside view from the back of the hotel was nice and worth the extra spend. Bring your own water for breakfast to avoid extra charges.

I spent two nights here with my family and enjoyed the beautiful view from our room's balcony overlooking the countryside. The breakfast was stocked well, and we went for a delightful evening walk nearby, enjoying the sunset.
The staff seemed unsure about some of my initial requests, and I found the pillows uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. Also, the shower design felt a little cramped.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored Schrock's Amish Farm, enjoying buggy rides and unique shops. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the comfy recliners in our room, perfect for relaxing after a busy day!
Only downside was that the doors didn’t close tight after housekeeping, leaving our room slightly ajar. We reported it for future guests.

Exceptional modern and peaceful getaway
I had a fantastic stay in a Queen Room with two Queen beds, where the modern decor and spacious setup made for a delightful experience. The indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after exploring the beautiful Amish countryside, and each morning, the extensive breakfast truly exceeded my expectations with freshly made options. However, I think a little more attention could be given to enhancing outdoor seating areas for a more relaxing vibe.

The room was super spacious and clean, which was great. I loved the comfy recliners for chilling out and watching TV. The balcony view was nice, but the beds weren't as comfy as expected—woke up with a bit of neck pain. The shower was good, but the bathroom layout was odd. felt exposed while showering if someone walked by. Also, the pool could've been cleaner. Overall, decent but pricey for the comfort level.

I had a wonderful stay where I enjoyed the delicious homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast and relaxed in the sunny garden area. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great spots to unwind after a long day. Although I noticed a minor detail with the room not having the fireplace I expected, it didn’t ruin my great experience at all! 😊

More comfortable seating options in rooms would be nice.
